This workshop includes light yoga practice, specific techniques to overcome anxiety and increase concentration, and an innovative approach to audition material. YOGA FOR RUNNERS (TM)
A special workshop designed for everyone from elite runners to the Saturday morning jogger. Learn a unique vinyasa flow created to address the specific physical challenges faced by runners as well as special pranayama (breathing) and concentration techniques to enhance your race experience.
